Environmental requirements
The machine should be located away from the vibration source, should avoid direct sunlight and heat radiation effects, to avoid the impact of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, the vibration-proof ditch should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine, will make the electronic components poor contact and failure, affecting machine reliability.
Power requirements
General CNC lathe installed in the machining warehouse, not only environmental temperature change and poor conditions, but also a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the installation of CNC lathe position, need for strict control of the power supply voltage. Supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal work of CNC system.
Temperature conditions
CNC lathe ambient temperature below 30 degrees centigrade, the relative temperature is less than 80%. In general, CNC electric control box with exhaust fan or cooler inside to keep the electronic components, especially the CPU temperature is constant or small temperature changes. Excessive temperature and humidity will result in lower life of the control system components and lead to increased failures. As temperature and humidity increase, more dust builds up on the board and causes a short circuit.
Standardize using of machine tools
Users are not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system when using the machine tool. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. Only the gap compensation parameter values can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
The user can not change machine tool accessories at will, such as using the hydraulic chuck beyond the specification. When setting up accessories, the manufacturer shall take full account of the matching of various parameters. Blind replacement of the parameters caused by the mismatch, and even caused an unexpected accident.
The use of hydraulic chuck, hydraulic turret, hydraulic tailstock, hydraulic cylinder pressure, should be within the allowable stress range, does not allow any increase.
